Is this your first massage?
Congratulations!
First, we would like to thank you for trusting us with your health and well-being.
Second, it is our promise to provide you with the highest quality service. If this is your first massage, we understand it may be somewhat intimidating, but there’s nothing to worry about. You are in a clean, safe, and peaceful environment. The pointers below will give you an idea of what to expect when you book a session.
PLEASE NOTE: No behaviors of sexual nature will be tolerated. These can be but are not limited to:
inappropriate comments, touching your private parts, thrusting on the table, constant wiggling, attempts to
have a physical contact with the therapist, etc. If any of such behavior is perceived, the session will be
terminated immediately and if need be, the pertinent authorities will be contacted.
We do not perform prostate, inguinal or any massages of that kind.
Consent for treatment.
After you book your session, you will receive an intake form online. Please fill it out before your
appointment as it will inform us about the reasons for your visit, your areas of concern, and your
consent for treatment.
Arrival
Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure the session starts and ends on time. If you think
you’re running late, please give us a call or text to let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late,
you will have to reschedule your appointment.
Medical history
The session will begin with a brief dialog about your medical history and to confirm your areas of focus.
Privacy
Following the verbal intake form, the therapist will step out of the room so you can undress to your
comfort level and get on the table UNDER the sheet and blanket.
Feel safe
Your body will be ALWAYS covered from the shoulders down and only the muscles being treated will
be uncovered.
Pressure level
The therapist will be checking with you regarding pressure level to ensure you are always comfortable.
If at any point the pressure needs to be modified, PLEASE LET YOUR THERAPIST KNOW RIGHT AWAY.
Session
When the session is over the therapist will step out of the room so you can get off the table and get
dressed.

Dora Cardona
LMBT 16602 is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in North Carolina. She was born and raised in Colombia and has lived in the US for over 20 years. She completed her massage studies at the Florida College of Natural Health in February of 2011 and has worked in the Spa industry ever since. She specializes in Trigger Point, Oncology, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Swedish Massage therapies. Through her expert touch she has helped her many clients overcome pain and improve their lives all around.
Dora is also a professional singer and holds a MM in Vocal Performance from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Last year she joined the Music Faculty at Elon University as an Adjunct Professor of Voice.
